3-year Instrument Warranty
Metrohm-Peak, LLC is proud to announce
a 3-year warranty for all new Metrohm
instruments*. Customers around the world have chosen Metrohm because of a proven commitment to quality, support and service. To help underline what customers already know, Metrohm is proud to offer a 3-year warranty on all new instruments delivered
from 1 January 2007 by Metrohm Switzerland.

Metrohm quality is built into every unit leaving the Swiss factory. If any manufacturers defect or issue should arrise, it will be repaired at no charge for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.

10-year Suppressor Warranty
In addition, Metrohm-Peak is still proud to offer a 10-year suppressor warranty on anion systems, as well as a 10-year parts guarantee on previous Metrohm systems with the introduction of a model change.

A warranty doesn’t mean that an instrument can go without regular maintenance. It’s essential that instruments are well cared for since the environmental conditions they are exposed to on a daily basis can be very severe. Regular maintenance and certification insure that:

• Accurate, reliable results
• Proper documentation for regulators
• Longer instrument life
• Assurance that your instrument will work during critical periods

Metrohm-Peak proudly offers these special service contracts that will keep your instruments performing safely and accurately for years to come.

* Metrohm factory trained service representatives are the most qualified to repair, certify and maintain Metrohm instruments. Since we cannot certify that other repair companies adhere to our exacting standards, our 3-year warranty is invalid when repairs, maintenance and service are performed by companies not certified by Metrohm.
